What you need
Beignet Mix
Powdered Sugar
Frying oil
Ghost Shaped Cookie Cutter
Chocolate to melt for dipping sauce

Step One
The reason this is so easy is because you use a box to make it! My mom and I used this beignet box mix and it was super simple. You simply follow the instructions on the box and after rolling out the dough use the cookie cutter to shape into ghosts!

Step Two
Next fry your little ghosts in the oil. Be careful not to splatter or get yourself hurt! Get them nice and golden brown then drain and let dry.

Step Three
Generously dust those little ghosts with powdered sugar till they are covered and transfer them to a serving platter or tray.

Step Four
Lastly, prep your chocolate dipping sauce! Melt your chocolate as directed, I added a little coconut oil to ours to liquify it a bit. Voila! The perfect Halloween treat!

These didn’t last long in my house and were the perfect special treat! I hope you enjoy them as well!
