Welcome to Neverland! The Biggest and Cutest Birthday Bash for the Wheeler Kids

By March 4, 2025 No Comments

It’s been a little over a month since we did this party and I still can’t get over it! Shanel entrusted us with the biggest bash of the year, a party for her three littles. A big joint birthday party that sent us all the way to Neverland! The perfect theme to capture the essence of childhood and appease the masses. We had something for everyone to enjoy, both boys and girls and both young and old! Each and every land was from Neverland was brought to life for guests to explore and enjoy and boy did they! Sprinkle some pixie dust and get ready we are heading to the second star to the right and straight on ’til morning for the adventure of a lifetime!

Wylan, Kenton, and Holiday were all ready to party!

Upon entering the beautiful outdoor venue at the Newport Beach Country Club guests were transported to London! This beautiful backdrop by Goldie Crew Creative and adorned with balloons by The Pop Shop set the tone for the party. Next, the directional sign pointed guests to where they needed to go. Each land was represented and we can’t wait for you to see them!

Before heading towards any lands guests could have their silhouettes made, just like Peter Pan’s shadow!

Along with that fun, our cakes were on display as well! These will have their moment later but aren’t tehy adorable? Sheila Mae does it again with her amazing attention to detail! Clearly each kiddo needed their own cake with candles to blow out. Chelcea Creative designed the cute little cake toppers and they were laser cut by Creative Amme.

First, let’s head over to Pixie Hollow! Guests that headed to their left were greeted with this sweet land. Meant to be a landing spot for our littlest guests. The perfect place for sweet Holiday, who had just turned one, and friends!

Pixie Hollow had such a pretty and whimsical setting. We used soft pastels like pink, mint, and peach mixed with neutrals as the color palette. Again, Goldie Crew Creative brought the most breathtaking backdrop with giant flowers and The Pop Shop added her fun touch. Sweet Salvage Rentals added her adorable kid’s tables and chairs along with the lounge. We had fairy wings for the guests to grab and wear along with a fairy wand craft by Create and Celebrate. Lastly, a soft play area was the perfect spot for the little littles to get their wiggles out!

This little soft play area from Oh Baby Co is so darn cute!!

The lounge from Sweet Salvage Rentals was to die for and served as the best spot for parents to relax and still keep an eye on the littles. You may have noticed the stunning florals throughout this setting! How could you not? Those poppies are so dreamy! Of course Krista, owner of Not Just in Novels is responsible for those beauties. She did the flowers for the whole party!

Onto our next land! The Indian Camp was next to Pixie Hollow and continued the fun! With colors of yellow, turquoise, and orange we had fun bringing this one to life. This time we had a fun play doh craft with Create & Celebrate, a giant Tee Pee adorned with balloons, Face Painting, Churros from The Cloud Cart, and a bar with yummy cocktails for the adults!

More adorable kid’s chairs from Sweet Salvage Rentals and the cutest signage by Chelcea Creative!

Without question, the tee pee from Wonder Tent was a hit and hosted the little babies who wanted to crawl around.

You’ve gotta love a bar at a kid’s party! Custom cocktails and cocktail napkins in this pretty setting is a must!!

The adults could enjoy their cocktails at our lounge! One of my favorite details was how Not Just in Novels used Tiger Lilies in the flower arrangements here! It’s the little things that go a long way!!

In addition to all of this prettiness we got a little wild too! To the right of the entrance were three more lands! To start let’s head to the Lost Boy’s Lair!! With woodsy details and shades of green we created the perfect hideaway for the rambunctious ones. Kenton had a blast in this spot! It wouldn’t be complete without a ball pit, a reptile show and more face painting! Absolutely, this was the spot to get a little mischevious!

Just like the other lands we have an amazing backdrop by Goldie Crew Creative. This time our friends at Balloon Works took care of the balloons. I hate to choose favorites but I think this was my favorite of them all! That wood log wall and the sweet little playhouse make my heart happy!

The way Not Just in Novels added her wild arrangements and adorned the play house with moss made it all even more amazing!

Tots of Funn brought the ball pit and clearly knows the way to my heart matching the color of the balls to our aesthetic! You’ll see the reptile show and the madness here later…

Next to the wild Lost Boy’s Lair was the rowdy Pirate’s Cove. Nobody had to walk the plank but boy did they have fun! Captain Hook and his pirate pal were present to greet the kids and play. A black bounce House from Tots of Funn was a must and Balloon Works added her magic touch throughout. Skeleton friends were dressed up and we had a chest full of play clothes and tattoos so little pirates could get in the spirit as well!

Another lounge full of deep dark colors and vintage clocks from Sweet Salvage Rentals added such character! Luckily, no crocodiles were seen!!

Lastly, what better spot to have our second bar?! Custom cocktails like The Jolly Roger and I’m a Codfish were poured for the adults who needed one! I’ll cheers to that!

Last but certainly not least is Mermaid Lagoon! This ethereal magic land was designed with Wylan in mind. We had a stunning backdrop, a bounce house and bubble pit, crafts galore, cotton candy, and of course real life mermaids!! Little guests were pampered by the mermaids getting their hair and makeup done. It was a glam time and a fun time, perfect for the mermaids!!

Even more magic from Goldie Crew Creative, Balloon Works, and Not Just in Novels!

What’s Bouncing brought this soft pink bouncey and the bubble house. The balloons by Balloon Works were such a pretty touch and we loved how she included strands of crystals hanging from them!

Indeed, another beautiful lounge from Sweet Salvage Rentals was a must! However would the adults survive without her pretty furniture?!

In addition to the yummy churros in Indian Camp, our Mermaid Lagoon had cotton candy from The Cloud Cart. So yummy!

Across from the pretty set up you saw was a plushie station! Create and Celebrate had plushies for everyone to create and bring home with them. Such a special treat at an already amazing party!

Moreover, a sunnies station was also in Mermaid Lagoon! Kids could customize their own sunglasses. Perfect for upcoming beach days. It doesn’t get much cooler than that!

What a party!!!! Finally, let’s take a look at all the fun had during!

First, Miss Wylan our big birthday girl, had to get dolled up by the mermaids!!

Meanwhile, little sister Holiday watched with her brand new sunnies!

Definitely, the bounce & bubble houses were the place to be!!

Unless you wanted to take a break to get glammed up!

Exploring Pixie Hollow and twirling with wings was a must!

Even Tinkerbell flew in to say hello!

Along with a mini Tinkerbell who made her adorable debut as well!

The crafts at Indian Camp were a big hit!!

As well as the silhouette station!

Undoubtedly tons of fun was had in the Lost Boy’s Lair! Look at these big smiles!!!

Boys will be boys!

Creepy crawly friends said hi, and even Dad got in on the fun!

No codfish here! Just some unruly pirates!!

So many sweet plushies found a home this day!

Smiles all around!! That’s what makes us happy!

Lots more cuties at this party!!!

In conclusion, this was one hell of a party!

At this time, we end blowing out the candles and wishing our little birthday babes the happiest birthday ever!!!

Truly, we can’t wait to see what magic we make next year!

Thank you for having us, Happy Birthday sweet Wylan, Kenton and Holiday!

xx
