Summer cocktails are probably my favorite! And it wouldn’t be summer for me without an Aperol Spritz! However, since I like to mix it up sometimes, I decided to try an Aperol Negroni recently. Let me say, she’s a fun one! Tasty, refreshing and when you add olives to anything I’m a happy gal! Check out this sophisticated twist on a classic cocktail that you’ll love sipping all summer long!

Ingredients
Aperol
Gin or Vodka, whichever is your preference! I used Gin because it’s my photographer’s favorite ;)
Sweet Vermouth
Soda Water
Pitted Castelvetrano Olives for Garnish
Simply add equal parts Aperol, Gin or Vodka, and Sweet Vermouth to a mixing glass over ice. Mix ingredients and top with a splash of soda water.
Next skewer the olives as a garnish, I found these cute stirrers on Amazon. Finally sip and enjoy! It’s that easy!!
