With the cutest hello kitty party we are sharing this week, I thought it would be a great time to create a hello kitty-inspired cocktail! This little number consists of a sweet combination of strawberry lemonade and butterfly pea flower tea. Take it up to the next level with the option of adding some vodka or simply leaving it alone to make it kid-friendly. Either way, it’s a sweet and cute drink for any day of the week.

1st things, first. You will want to make a cup of butterfly pea flower tea. Just follow the directions off your tea label. I like to have about a cup to make at least two cocktails with. I will stick it in the fridge so it’s not hot.
This yummy cocktail only has a couple of ingredients which is awesome! Take some strawberries and muddle them into the bottom of your glass. Fill the glass with ice. Then pour in some lemonade, this can be fresh or store-bought. Then pour in some cooled butterfly pea flower tea. For the adult version, add a shot of vodka. Make a couple flower shaped strawberries and throw in some fresh mint! And that’s it! So easy and so good!
