All Aboard! It's Grady's Train Station Birthday Party • Beijos Events

All Aboard! If your little one is loco for locomotives, this one is for you! Grady was celebrating his 4th birthday and his mom Brittany enlisted our help. They live in Arizona so we planned this one from afar and she along with the amazing vendors executed it all. We used a playful and boyish color scheme and had adorable train details through-out. Initially guests were greeted by a sweet welcome sign from Chelcea Creative and balloons from Bubble Hustle. We used colors of blue, cream, and a burnt orange through-out the party that I loved!

Of course the adorable backdrops from Dang Fine Rentals made a statement from the start. There was a train station and custom train for Grady along with a giant bounce house from Petite Party Co. Bubble Hustle added their special touch sprinkling balloons on it all! In addition, we have Petite Party Co. to thank for the cutest kid’s table and chairs set up!

Besides those wow factors we had the perfect little train place settings for the kiddos! Using these sweet plates from Momo Party, we layered railroad stripes with adorable train plates. For even more cuteness each little guest had an engineer cap and Choo Choo whistle waiting for them as well!

Chelcea Creative designed these cutie drink stirrers that Creative Amme laser cut to go in the train cups.

Despite it being a “boy party” we still felt that flowers were a necessity! These whimsical arrangements with lots of greenery from The Floral Theory added the perfect touch.

Now isn’t that the sweetest table?!

In addition to the awesome bounce house from Petite Party Co we had a ball pit from Playscape AZ. You know you’re living your best life when you get both of these at a party!!

Onto dessert! In front of our train station there were desserts. From the sweetest cake to the cutest cookies, and cupcakes too! What more could you ask for?!

Sometimes we like to keep our cakes simple but add a cute custom topper like this! Chelcea Creative & Creative Amme do it again with the amazing details.
