Harwell's Epic Summer Barbie Pool Party • Beijos Events

Another Summer day and another epic Summer birthday party to share!!! This party for Harwell from last year was absolutely incredible! No stone was left unturned and it’s the epitome of Summer fun!! With a Barbie theme we went all pink with touches of yellow and had every fun activity under the sun. Swim time, bounce house, ball pit, crafts, popsicles, Barbie herself!! You name it and we had it! Plus this party was held at one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever been to! There’s just so much to see so lets get going!! Just as I said this party was held at the most beautiful property owned by Harwell’s grandmother. There were so many spots for us to deck out and we had fun doing it! First is the front of the house which doesn’t need much as it’s stunning but these adorable letters will do!!

At the entrance to the backyard we had this amazing moment to greet guests. Marquee Letters from Lola’s Letters styled with balloons by Balloon Works is always a great first impression!

Next is our classic welcome sign moment with the perfect sign by Chelcea Creative. She handled all of the detail and signage designs for this party and nailed every aspect perfectly!

Indeed the front yard section had something for everyone! This is where we have an adult lounge for parents to chill and soak it all in. Perfectly pink and perfectly cozy thanks to Sweet Salvage Rentals amazing collection!

Meanwhile their kids were kept busy with everything under the sun! First a bounce house and ball pit were available to work out the wiggles. This picture perfect pink bouncey and that super fun ball pit are both from Play Play Zone and made even cute by Balloon Works!

Second, an adult bar that also served kid’s drinks so nobody was parched. Sip Sip Mobile Bar made delicious cocktails for this ideal summer day!

Next, crafts were hosted by Create & Celebrate Kids to keep them busy with their hands and minds. Wait till you see what these lucky kiddos created!

Lastly a beautiful backdrop by Goldie Crew Creative for guests to snap a pic and remember this special day. Undoubtedly this is already an amazing party, but guess what, there’s even more!!!

In addition to all the fun you’ve seen is the backyard pool area!!! Let’s move on to Harwell’s pool, shall we?!

And what a pool it is!!! Of course we had it loaded with every cute pink and Barbie pool floatie we could find! Additionally the patio furniture with it’s yellow and white stripes is the perfect compliment to our decor. Barbie would be proud!

Clearly the pool area needs its own backdrop moment! Complete with a Barbie box no less!! Goldie Crew does it again with their perfectly executed design. The palm trees and surfboard has Malibu Barbie written all over it!!

Following the pool is our adorable table settings! Sweet Salvage Rentals brought their cute kids chairs and tables that we lined with Bonjour Fete’s fun tabletop. Checkered pink plates with “Let’s go Party” napkins were a must! Along with sunnies for each guest. Lastly the gorgeous flower arrangements by Earth & Grace completed this pink perfection!!

Now it wouldn’t be fair for just the kids to have tables, right?! Obviously the adults needed their own! More loveliness from Sweet Salvage Rentals and Earth & Grace, but this time we added disco balls! Fun!!

Another lounge and another bar because why not?! We had a lot of room to cover and a lot of guests to keep happy in the summer sun. That means shade and cold drinks were needed!! We were happy to oblige in the cutest way…

Finally a look at the cutest desserts!! The cakes and cookies are by the amazing Sugar From the Heart Bakeshop. She outdid herself with the ultimate Barbie cake along with the cutest custom cookies!

Next are popsicles from Pacific Organic Pop Cart. Because what hot summer day isn’t complete without an ice cold delicious popsicle?!

Furthermore we had to have cotton candy! Especially when it’s as big as your head!! The Cloud Cart made a lot of kids happy this day!!

At last it’s time for the birthday girl to have her moment in front of the camera. After all of those incredibly cute details it’s time for this incredibly cute 6 year old!!

You may have noticed Harwell’s pink braids in her hair. Before the party Tangled Braid Bar did her and her Mama Nicole’s hair. Later they did any little or big guest’s hair who wanted in on the fun! They were kept very busy this day!! Lots of cute and colorful hair styles were created!
