By April 1, 2025 No Comments

It’s Tee Time! Next week the Masters starts and husbands everywhere will be glued to the TV! Golf is huge in my house and my husband is obsessed. Truly, sometimes I’m not sure if my husband loves golfing or me more! With that in mind I decided to share some inspiration for throwing a chic and fun Masters party for all of the golf lovers out there. We even have the the classic food and drinks served at the infamous tournament in Augusta. So if you want to really impress your hubby or if you’re a golf girly yourself this one’s for you!

Starting the round with the perfect golf invite and fun details to match. I knew I needed my pal Checlea Creative to take this one on and she nailed it. That classic green and preppy stripe are perfection. Along with the place cards and cookies, more on those later…

As mentioned, the classic green of the Masters was my starting point. If you know the Masters then you are aware of the green jacket the winner of the tournament receives. Plus, there are the greens of the course. Without question we needed green! Next, as an accent color we added yellow and the thick stripe was also a fun element.

First, let’s start with the beautiful rentals from Sweet Salvage Rentals. Using her table, chairs, high tops, bar chairs, umbrellas, and bar we created this fun social setting. There was a mixture of white, cane, and that amazing green from the umbrellas. Such a fun atmosphere!

Second is our stunner of a table! Bonjour Fete has the cutest golf line that really inspired me. I mixed their classic green and yellow stripe plates and napkins with their adorable golf plates on top. Next I added Sophistiplate’s green and gold flatware. Last was mixing a few rattan and cane pieces with chargers and glassware.

Moreover our table isn’t complete without flowers! Not Just in Novels brought these cheerful beauties. The mix of green and white with pops of yellow were so happy and lovely.

In addition to our already amazing table were the fun little details! Chelcea Creative added place cards with famous golfers names, love that funny touch!

Indeed, I can’t get enough of these florals!!

Obviously we needed a backdrop moment!! Goldie Crew created this masterpiece and The Pop Shop added her playful touch with balloons. That moment really brings it all together and makes our table shine!

Admittedly I’m not the biggest fan of golf. However, when it comes to the Masters I get excited watching the tournament with my husband. But… I got even more excited looking at this table! This is my hole in one, haha!

Moving on to the good stuff, food and drinks! Clearly you need an Arnold Palmer served at a golf party! We had the iced tea and lemonade out. In addition to that we had the famous Azalea Cocktail served in Augusta at the Masters. This delicious drink has vodka, or gin if you prefer, mixed with pineapple juice, lemon juice and a splash of grenadine. Top with a sprig of mint and a maraschino cherry and voila, you’re practically at the Masters!

As a matter of fact, all of these cocktails sound delicious! And the cutest bar sign by Chelcea highlights them perfectly.

In fact we have the perfect spot to enjoy said cocktails! Pull up a chair!

Following the bar we have an amazing food spread. Along with all of those delicious cocktails are the traditional food items. We had egg salad sandwiches and a pimento cheese dip, both served at the Masters. Then we added a shrimp cocktail, which happens to be my husband’s favorite! I guess this whole situation is my husband’s dream party… Thanks Taylor Made Catering for helping make his dreams come true with these yummy dishes!

Finally it’s time for dessert! Sheila Mae never ceases to amaze me. The most amazing cakes, cake pops and the cutest cookies! I mean… That Masters jacket cake is just so so good!

What do you think? Time to throw a golf party, that’s what I think! And I even think it may be time for me to take up golf myself! If I can have a party this cute then why not?!

Cheers!!! Throw a Masters party of your own by shopping it all below!
