When one of our favorite clients reaches out to make their husband’s birthday special we do just that! Christina is always up for a good time throwing multiple amazing Beijos parties over the years. This time it was her husband’s turn! Josh was turning 40 this past spring and they decided to go big with a Ping Pong tournament party! The Parker Athletic Club was ready with an official scoreboard, aperol spritz’s flowing, a rad DJ, tattoos for party guests who dared, and one hell of a good time! This is one we will never forget! As per usual, we dressed up the Parker’s front door with The Pop Shop’s amazing balloons and a custom sign by Chelcea Creative. A more manly touch this go around for Josh, and I’m feeling it! We had fun with this color scheme, that’s for sure.
Without a doubt the backyard was where the fun was. We had the most amazing backdrop that included a custom score board from Goldie Crew Creative that took center stage. In front of that were multiple ping pong tables ready for action. Our backdrop also displayed the beautiful trophies for the inaugural tournament that two lucky guests would win.
Of course we had rules! This is the Parker Athletic Club, so no detail goes unnoticed. Chelcea Creative dialed it all in here for us.
We had multiple lounges scattered around and had gear for guests to grab like wrist bands and the cutest custom Parker Athletic Club ping pong balls.
High Tops were also scattered about from Archive Rentals for guests to rest between sets and have a cocktail. Of course those funky flowers deserve a shout out! Earth & Grace understood the assignment and made the perfect masculine arrangements to compliment our decor.
Indeed when I said the fun was in the back, I meant it. The bar was set up and ready to serve all kinds of fun cocktails! No guest left unhappy because our friends at West Beverage Co were there to mix it up! The bar set up and umbrella from Archive were perfection and Goldie Crew Creative added Chelcea’s custom logo for the Parker Athletic Club. Loving this whole thing right here!!

Obviously we need custom drink stirrers as well! Thank you to Chelcea Creative and Creative Amme for always helping us shine with the little details.
A surprise for guests and a very bold addition to the party was the Parker Tattoo Parlor! If guests were ballsy enough (pun intended) they could get some ink from Tanner of Nathan’s Lounge. Tucked away in the backyard we set up the perfect lounge for anyone who dared to get one. Now that’s a wow factor!
Although I said the fun was in the backyard, honestly it was in the front too! We had so many fun things for guests to do including giant games of chess, connect four, and custom corn hole! Plus there was more…
For those who needed a snack we had Shappy Pretzels out to grab. The perfect little treat to tie them over and on an adorable cart to boot! Customized to perfection, as per usual…
In addition to everything you’ve seen we also had special take home gifts for each guest. Ceremony Chainstitch came by and customized totes for each guest to have and enjoy. Such a nice treat!
Last, but certainly not least, my favorite place at the party – the Aperol Spritz bar!! We customized Archive’s cute cart thanks to Chelcea Creative and had West Beverage Co serve up the spritzes!! It was a dream come true…
