Today we have quite the treat for you! This fun event happens to be one of my favorites from last year. Visit Newport Beach did the ultimate event flying a few Las Vegas influencers out for the day to experience all things Newport. It was the day of the Formula One race in Vegas and Visit Newport wanted to go big! The day started with our guests flying on a private jet and landing at John Wayne Airport. We made sure their landing was smooth and safe and full of surprises! Wait till you see how we transformed the hangar and created the ultimate experience for them! Check it all out below…

First things first, a private jet is the only way to fly! The jet was decked out with Visit Newport Beach Airways gear including blankets, custom itinerary sheets and race car flags!
No need for luggage on this one day flight, but there was definitely a need for a blue carpet! We not only fly in style, we exit planes in style as well!
You have reached your destination and it’s sunny skies ahead! Guests were treated to the ultimate landing in this private hangar styled by yours truly! Above all our goal was to create an experience and setting that was unforgettable and on theme. Take a look at how we managed to wow everyone!
First, a jet with our own custom Visit Newport Beach Airways logo as the main backdrop. What a wow factor!
Second, we set the scene with amazing backdrops by Goldie Crew Creative with a little retro feel. In fun pops of colors that also represent Visit Newport Beach’s logo we had airport touches along the way. Guests could pose for photos or just enjoy the set up. There were so many amazing details, from the cutsom signage by Chelcea Creative to all of the amazing graphics that Goldie Crew added.
Even a floor decal as a sweet little touch!
We were loving all of those retro touches!!
Third was our adorable lounge and bar area that was screming for guests to enjoy a cocktail or two! A celebratory drink to kick off the start of a very fun day. Sweet Salvage Rentals retro furniture fit in perfectly in our space and again, the plane as the backdrop was just the icing on the cake!

Next were our vintage porsches that were ready and waiting to whisk our guests off to their next destination! They were amazing and I wanted to steal one and bring it home!!
Last but not least, our flight attendants were ready and reporting for duty! Pan Am, eat your heart out!! These ladies were too cute and were my favorite part of this event, they made it!!
