About a month ago we were a part of the most fabulous party of the year! Our dear client Shanel enlisted our help in making her birthday dreams come true. She had a vision and we were thrilled to bring it to life! A high end affair with a Marie Antoinette theme and the guests encouraged to go all out and boy did they! This party held at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach was the talk of the town and you can see why below! First, the scene was set before guests arrived! We set the tables with gorgeous lace linens from BBJ La Tavola along with vintage looking tabletop pieces from Signature Party Rentals. Next Not Just in Novels added her pretty touch with beautiful florals along the tables. Mixing textures and colors in golds, blue and pink brought this pretty Marie Antoinette vision to life.
In addition to all that prettiness our friend Chelcea Creative created beautiful menus and place cards for each place setting. You know we like the little details and to class it up a bit!
Everything looked so delicate and stunning! Just like we were at Versailles…
Without question the bar had to be ready for this fun crowd! Pretty little bar signs along with elaborate floral and feather arrangements were in order! I’d order a few drinks in this spot any day!
Not only was the inside beautiful but the outdoor balcony was also dressed to the nines! Sweet Salvage Rentals brought the most beautiful and ornate vintage furniture items for our lounge and dessert setting. Cleary these are all worthy of Queen Shanel!
Speaking of Birthday Queens, there she is!!! Absolutely stunning in her gorgeous dress and amazing wig!
Of course her King had to join her for a few portraits! What a sweet hubby!
Indeed the guests understood the assignment! They came ready in wigs in the most stylish & decadent way!
Above the Top Rentals helped us drape and light the entire space along with this portrait spot. It got guests in the mood to sit and be seen! So many amazing images were taken and fun was definitely had…
Moreover we had fabulous entertainment! Pretty dancers, incredible musicians and the most amazing DJ entertained the guests and helped surprise them with different elements of the night.
Guests ooh’d and aah’d upon seeing the gorgeous dinner tables!

It should be noted that the birthday Queen had multiple wardrobe changes, as only a fab birthday girl would!

Let them eat cake!!! And this beauty by Sugar from the Heart Bakeshop was the perfect cake for the event! Along with all of the elaborate treats!
We are loving every minute!!!
