It’s another day in February which means another Valentine’s Day party!!! This time we are going a little retro with a vintage soda shop vibe. With a fun backdrop, ice cream truck plates, the best little treats and of course the cutest girly pops! It’s another fun take on Valentine’s Day and we are sure sweet on this party. First we have to get the ball rolling with an adorable invite! Styled perfectly with vintage glasses, the cutest cookies, and of course classic doily place cards. The dessert cart invite couldn’t be cuter and we of course have Chelcea Creative to thank for it all!
Onto our adorable set up! Let’s start with the backdrop and balloons! Goldie Crew Creative had the perfect pink and red moment with her backdrops and added the Sweet on You signage. I asked her to add it and make it look like a vintage diner sign, she nailed it! Then our friend Ellen of the Pop Shop added her fabulous touch with tons of red balloons! Without question the heart ones are my favorite!
Next are our cute place settings! For this party I fell in love with My Minds Eye’s sweet Ice Cream Truck plates. They reminded me of a vintage soda shop which lead to this shoot! I then layered their striped napkins with heart ones and used the striped cup to tie it all together. In addition to those stripes I added even more with the table runner. All of the pink and red together is so fun! To finish it all off we have the classic flatware and Chelcea Creative’s place cards, perfection!
A major factor at any of our events or styled shoots are flowers. These beauties by Earth & Grace dress up the table so well and always put a smile on everyone’s face!
When you add all of these pieces together it really makes for one gorgeous table!
Not only is our table a stunner but these adorable pink chairs from Sweet Salvage Rentals really finish it off. A pink rattan version of an old fashioned diner chair?! Yes, please!!
The more balloons the better!! Cuteness overload!!
As always, we have a few cutie pies to add in!! This time the girls are wearing Wild & Rae. She has this adorable new collection for Valentine’s Day and I think I need one in my size too! These are the best sparkly twirly dresses and we can prove it…
Lastly, dessert! If you’re going to have a “sweet on you” themed party there better be some sweets! We have 3 cakes and a few bite sized, but also adorable, treats as well. Danielle, the owner of Sheila Mae, made these beautiful desserts and your mouth will drop over all the details!
Try to choose a favorite cake, I dare you!!
