These yummy fruit popsicles are a treat that anyone will love at any time of the day. Consisting of only four ingredients, it’s a fast, easy treat to enjoy on these hot Summer days. Tangy, fruity, and tropical all in one bite. I’m sure you have all these ingredients already in your pantry and fridge. I love serving these to the kids in the morning for breakfast. Filled with yogurt, coconut milk, fruit preserves, and a touch of vanilla, you will be doubling your batch to have back stock of these guys.

With this only containing four ingredients, it’s super easy to do. I like to make it the night before, so they are ready in the morning. Add all ingredients except the jam preserves together. Then, I like to separate the mixture into two separate bowls. Then, add the jam preserves to each bowl. Mix until blended smoothly. Then add into your popsicle molds. That’s it! Super easy, huh? Let chill for 4 hours or more, or overnight. They pop out perfectly!
