A SPRING GREEN JUICE

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cups packed baby spinach or kale washed,
  • 3 small sprigs of mint I add more like 6, I love mint
  • 1/2 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
  • 16 ounces pear juice or whatever juice you love, you can do water as well
  • 10 drops sea moss or any type of supplement optional

Instructions

  • Let's start off by washing all our fruits and veggies. Please always do this, its so important to get anythng off them prior to eating.
  • Slice the ends off the cucumber, and cut it into 4 pieces. Throw in all the veggies and fruit into a blender.
  • Secure the lid and blend starting on low speed and working up to high. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth, 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately for best flavor, enjoy!
