A Spring Green Juice Filled With Fresh Veggies and Fruit

By March 14, 2024 No Comments

gimme all spring’s fruit and veggies.

With Spring comes a bounty of fresh veggies, fruits, herbs, and all the pretty colorful flowers. I have to say it’s a season we love the most. You know we love a good cocktail, but most of the time, you will see juice in my hand more often. Believe it or not. Our house consumes smoothies and juices on the daily. Our freezer inside is solely dedicated to those yummy drinks. Today is one of my to-go juices. It’s filled with loads of refreshing veggies and fruit. Even a picky eater will devour this- I can test that. I have two in my house, and one is a grown man. So hit up your backyard, farmers market, or grocery store and add this juice into your daily or weekly routine.

With Spring, now is the time to start growing your fruits, veggies, and herbs outside. A lemon tree and a little herb bed will be a game changer. It brings me so much joy that I can just walk outside and grab some citrus and herbs. I love Springtime.

The best thing about smoothies and juices is the endless options you can create. I have to say I don’t think I make one perfectly the same as the last. One day, I’ll pick pear juice over another, I’ll switch up my greens from kale to spinich. I always make sure I have both veggies and fruits. There is no limitation; this one happens to be a base I love. I will add sea moss drops, hyaluronic acid, spitulina powder, or collagen powder. Each day is different, but I’ll always try to add some beauty supplements. Below are my favorites in my daily routine.
