When it came time for Henry’s 6th birthday party he wanted the gore and the guts! He went straight for the jugular!! Bring on all the gruesome details you can find! Yep, he’s pure boy and this is boyhood’s finest. He wanted a zombie party and the spookier the better. When we helped with his party in March we knew that it would be perfect to share come October during Halloween season. Little did we know it would come so fast but here we are! Henry couldn’t be cuter and we were honored to be a part of another one of his birthday celebrations!

Guests were greeted with gruesome right away with the perfect welcome sign by Chelcea Creative! I addition to that the perfectly paired balloons by The Pop Shop!

Next up, an incredible bounce house from Tots of Funn in black with even more amazing The Pop Shop balloons! The eye balls are just soooo perfect!! The kids had the best time jumping around in this guy and the parents had so much fun seeing them get all tired out!

Furthermore the tables were set with Heather Taylor Home linens and the creepiest eyeball plates. We kept the rest of the tabletop simple with sage green napkins, clear glassware and modern black forks. The florals were eerily perfect and created by Krista from Not Just in Novels. She had just the right touch! Those incredible and equally terrifying hands were a DIY from Henry’s mama, Anne!

Along with all the fun already had can you believe there was even more?! Activities are always a must and we had a few! First is SLIME!!! Dot Dot Play came to entertain and get creative with the kids in the best way!

Look at how happy their little faces are!!

An absolute must for Henry was a piñata! Talk about amazing, this piñata is crazy good!!!

Last but not least was face paint and it went from the simple cut to the most gruesome face paint I’ve ever seen, lol!!! All done by the talented ARTovator!

Without question this dessert table was by far a highlight! So many adorable and tasty treats to choose from! And that zombie cake is just extraordinary!!! PS, that’s strawberry jam as the blood on the brain, don’t worry! It’s the genius that is Danielle Keene from Sheila Mae!

Finally our handsome birthday boy makes an appearance! Look at this dapper dude!

It’s piñata time!!!

Happy birthday sweet boy and to the best mama who always makes your birthday reams come true!
