Roasted Cauliflower
This yummy and easy dish is great for a side dish or appetizer! We’ve been seeing cauliflower served this way at lots of restaurants lately and wanted to try it at home. It’s tasty and healthy, a win/win!!
Head of Cauliflower
Olive Oil
Thyme
Red Pepper Flakes
Garlic
Salt & Pepper
In a bowl mix Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes and Thyme
Brush the Cauliflower with the mix
Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes – or until brown or caramelized on the outside
