An Elegant Bridal Shower for Kate at Malibu Farm Newport Beach

By March 5, 2023 No Comments

Bride to be Kate was getting married and her friends and family wanted to celebrate her with a gorgeous shower! We stepped in to make their shower dreams come true with this classic and elegant party true to the bride’s style. The color palette was light and fresh with neutral white and grey along with pops of greenery. It came together seamlessly with the help of our amazing vendors and looked stunning in the space at Malibu Farm Newport Beach. This one is so lovely and the photos from Alison Bernier are ready to make their debut!

An elegant invite was chosen by our hosts Heather & Julie, friends of the bride’s mom. It was perfect for our theme and colors.

Guests were greeted by a frosted acrylic sign designed by Pirouette Paper and assembled by Creative Amme. We had The Pop Shop add her touch with white balloons mixed with greens from Earth & Grace. Pure elegance from the start!

Our tables were just stunning! We had one long table of wood along with a pretty linen table from BBJ La Tavola. Those linens just make me so happy! Those amazing chairs were brought in from Sweet Salvage Rentals and they went so beautifully with our table scheme. Isn’t this such a lovely setting?

For our place settings we used our favorite Hostess Haven. Sticking with our neutral palette I chose grey plates with a pretty white salad plate and a tan napkin. The flatware was grey and gold and the glassware was gold rimmed. The gold was a perfect way to add in a touch of glam and elegance.

Classic white and green floral arrangements by Earth & Grace lined the tables. Looking fresh and light they really added to our table bringing it to life!

More details from Pirouette Paper! Menus and place cards were kept simple and classic but added such prettiness to the table.

Of course the balloons from The Pop Shop in the background and cascading over our tables were a show stopper!

We brought in a lounge from Sweet Salvage Rentals for guests to sit and watch Kate open gifts or to socialize with a cocktail in hand. Loving all those pretty neutral pieces that were brought in and I think I need that couch in my life!

Malibu Farm is one of my favorite restaurants and they never disappoint with the food! Delicious family style options were brought out for guests to grab an enjoy, you can’t beat their avocado huarache!

They also have the yummiest wines and cocktails – we had to showcase them with this pretty menu designed by Pirouette Paper and cut by Creative Amme.

Only the most elegant desserts from Sugar Crush Sweets would fit into this soiree! She brought that gorgeous cake that the guests devoured and loved along with French macarons and her famous alfajores. For a parting favor Heather’s sister made those beautiful custom cookies you see. Such a sweet gift!

There’s our bride to be Kate and her mom Loni on the right. So much fun ahead for these ladies!

And we will never tire of this view from Malibu Farm!

Cheers and congratulations to Kate!!!
