Black Magic Woman – An Eerily Fun Ladies Night

By October 13, 2022 No Comments

There’s been a lot of fun kid’s parties for Halloween on the blog so far this season, but what about the adults?! Well we are taking care of that today! The theme for this fun ladies night was Black Magic Woman… A little bit mystical and a whole lot of pretty. With all of the essentials like fun cocktails, pretty flowers, and of course a gorgeous group of ladies this party is perfect for the witching hour. Keep scrolling to see all of the stunning photos by Gabby Gandara.

A gorgeous party calls for a gorgeous invite! Pirouette Paper is always so good to us. She creates the most gorgeous details and then teams up with Creative Amme to do all of the laser cutting. I love working with both of them and how much they put into each and every event we do together! It’s all styled so lovely on a Chasing Stone mat.

We went ultra moody for this tablescape and I’m totally loving it. It’s a vibe! the vintage table and chairs from Sweet Salvage Rentals were the perfect setting for all of that pretty tabletop. We set the table with Signature Party Rentals goodies along with a few vintage pieces. Then those gorgeous flower arrangements are by our talented friend Tanya from Earth & Grace. Top it all off with more lovely details from Pirouette Paper & Creative Amme and you’ve got yourself a show stopper!

I added various dark fruits along the table as well for some texture and pumpkins were at the base of the table. It’s always fun to add some natural elements to a tablescape to bring it to life!

We can’t forget those amazing all black balloons behind our table! The Pop Shop does it again, creating a beautiful backdrop to our tablescape.

Every amazing party needs great food!!! Taylor Made Catering is one of our go to caterers because they always do such a great job and bring so much character to each of their dishes. They came up with the best menu for this one which included “Boo-ffalo Chicken Sliders”. Fun things like this always put a smile to my face. And not only is their food delicious it’s oh so pretty to look at, as you’ll see below!

Onto our gorgeous ghoulish gals! These pretty ladies were all styled by Jess Gustafson. They were ready for the witching hour!!

Cheers!!!

We had the most gorgeous lounge for the ladies to enjoy cocktails and dessert. The Pop Shop made one of her amazing backdrops of metallic and black and Sweet Salvage Rentals had all of the gorgeous furniture set. The perfect setting for a little mischief!

More amazing flowers from Earth & Grace! We always love having her blooms adorn our shoots!

Diana from Sugar Crush Sweets brought a beautiful cake along with some tasty mini treats for the ladies to enjoy! Beautiful and delicious, that’s what she does best!

The bar was set for all the yummy cocktails! Taylor Made did it again with the prettiest cocktail – I love that rich berry color! And it was quite tasty too!!

Such a stunning bar menu designed by Pirouette Paper and cut by Creative Amme. Magical if I do say so myself!

And the perfect stir sticks!!!

These ladies were ready to kick up their heels and enjoy their evening!!

We couldn’t help but try a smoke bomb!! It just added to that mystic magic…

And these stunning photos were made! Obsessed!!

Hope you loved this Black Magic Woman shoot as much as we did!!!
