Leighton’s Fun, Girly & Pink Pirate Party!

By March 7, 2024 No Comments

Ahoy Matey’s! Today’s party is a girly and pink Pirate Party for Miss Leighton! We’ve celebrated Leighton’s first & second birthdays and it’s hard to believe we are now on our third!! Turning three and ready to party like a pirate!! It was so fun turning a theme that is normally a “boy party” into something a bit girlier! We went with pinks, blues and metallics for our color scheme and added lots of adorable details to personalize it just the way Leighton would like it. It didn’t hurt that this party was thrown in one of our favorite parks in Los Angeles too! See all of the adorable photos by Lorin Kelly below!

All of the details on this one are incredible, of course they are because our friend Chelcea Creative designed them! Starting with this cute welcome sign adorned with balloons by The Pop Shop

To start, our table was set under the most beautiful tree with The Pop Shop balloons cascading along it. Sweet Salvage Rentals brought along their adorable table and chairs for our kid’s table setting. Next, pirate hats & eye patches were placed on each chair for our guests to bet festive and wear through-out the party. Wait till you see the place settings… They are oh so cute!

An important element to any event we have are florals. As soon as they arrive at our set ups they truly make the event look even more amazing. These specific florals by Earth & Grace really made the prettiest impact, they were the perfect touch of beachy and girly for our pirate party!

Onto our place settings! Like I said, pretty darn cute… Chelcea Creative designed a treasure map placemat and the most adorable stir sticks laser cut by Creative Amme for our little details. We added Meri Meri’s pinwheel plates in pink and blue, their silver tumblers, and bamboo flatware.

More of those pretty flowers…

Clearly you know we love details, one of the details I love to add to parties are customized pieces. This place card designed by Chelcea Creative and laser cut by Creative Amme added the perfect touch. Plus, it’s a sweet keepsake for Leighton!

Let’s have another look at those amazing balloons from The Pop Shop! We added a pirate flag and Meri Meri silver fringe which I love!

We invited all of the kids to be pirates if they liked with a few costumes they could choose from. Leighton turned three which is prime costume age, one of my favorites!! It’s so fun seeing kids play pretend and have fun with them, a great addition to a party!

Arrgh!!! Swords and telescopes for all yer pirates!

There’s our adorable birthday girl!!! Already with her face painted and ready for fun!!

Leighton’s pirate friends came out for some fun as well! They played with all of the kids and entertained them through-out the party…

Time for dessert! Sheila Mae did her usual incredible work for us! The cutest cake with the sweetest topper by Chelcea Creative and Creative Amme along with lots of other delicious treats.

There were so many incredible details on the cake, Sheila Mae never ceases to amaze us!

That’s one happy birthday girl!!

Lastly, we have a few more details of our treasure maps and all of the pirate loot that Lorin captured! Truly, it was such a fun party with so many happy memories being made, which is exactly what we love about what we do!

Go get em Leighton!!!

And that’s a wrap on a special party for a special family!!! We can’t wait to celebrate Leighton again this year! You can shop this party below…
