With Spring blooming already and Summer right around the corner, it’s time to start whipping up some yummy nibbles to enjoy outside with all this warm sunshine we have going on. This cool-down treat is an easy recipe you can make with the kids or even have the older kids make it themselves. It only requires three ingredients, Kool-aid and Jell-o being the stars of the show. This sweet treat will be a hit for all ages!

1 (3 oz) package Jell-O For Each Color
1 packet of Kool-Aid For Each Color
½ cup sugar
2 cup boiling water
2 cup cold water

Let’s get started! 1st, we are doing this in layers. So we will make a batch for each color. Combine the Jell-O, Kool-Aid, sugar, and boiling water in a pitcher and mix well. Add the cold water and stir to combine. Next, super carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle mold. I did about an inch or two or so of each color. Starting with your 1st layer, pour in, and freeze until solid. Then repeat with each colored layer. Let all the colors freeze nicely together before enjoying.
