This DIY moon-inspired floral arrangement brings together moody blooms, soft neutrals, and a touch of shimmer to capture that otherworldly glow of October nights. Whether you’re hosting a Halloween gathering or simply want to add a bit of celestial charm to your home, this dreamy arrangement is the perfect mix of spooky and sophisticated. Luckily we have Krista of Not Just in Novels to share just how she created this beauty!

Here’s what ya need!
Crescent moon vase
Metal pin frog
Museum sticky putty
Various dried florals

Step One
Peel off a small amount of putty and form into worm shape

Step Two
Press putty onto bottom of metal flower frog

Step Three
Press flower frog down onto bottom of vase and twist to secure

Step Four
Stick various dried florals into the pins in the pin frog (no water needed). I used dried protea, banksia, strawflower, and grasses. Make sure to place the heavier florals towards the bottom of the arrangement and the grasses can be your taller floaty bits.

Pretty amazing, right?! Such a stunner!
