You know the song “Walking in a Winter Wonderland”? Well Dolly Parton’s version was and always will be one of my favorites! I love me some Dolly, I even named my dog after her, and this shoot reminded me of her! A little bit boho, a little bit shabby chic, and a whole lot of glam!!
We shot this party in the cutest venue, local to us Southern California girls in Santa Ana called The Estate on Second. Those brick walls really spoke to me and I thought, this would be the perfect space for this all white winter shoot I had been dreaming up!

Always gotta start with that invite! This suite by Proper Letter was so perfectly festive and I love the simplicity.
I styled it on Chasing Stone’s Santorini surface, which if you haven’t seen they launched their site and are selling these beautiful pieces. They are a must have for styling purposes!! I then added some pretty ribbon from Party Crush Studio, dried florals from Third & Park and the cutest macrame snowflakes from The Neutral Knot – more on those later…
Now moving on to our stunner of a table! There’s just something about that white on white on white that I adore. We did a mostly white table here a few years ago, but this year I wanted to take it to the next level and have no greenery. Didn’t it come out so great?! And PS, I love any table that has a pretty linen like Party Crush’s dripping off the end…
The table is set and boy is it pretty! We set this white rustic table from Sweet Salvage with all the amazing heath ceramic plates from Cherished Rentals. The pop of gold is so lovely from the flatware and we used the clear pressed glassware as well. I added my pretty neutral toned linen napkins from Serena & Lily to top it off!
How gorgeous are the floral arrangements?! Third & Park really wowed me with this one!! She had a flocking frenzy making everything she could white. The arrangements had the perfect mixture of winter whimsy and boho beauty!!
Remember those adorable macrame snowflakes?! Or mini wreaths by The Neutral Knot, they are so darn cute and such a sweet touch to your home or table over the holidays. You could string them on a garland on your mantle or use as place cards like we did! The cutest!!
All of the lovely calligraphy is by Proper Letter, that grey toned ink she used really went great with the overall tablescape!
I really can’t get enough of this elegant table! I’m in love!
Moving on to the bar… A winter wonderland bar! We served classic holiday drinks with eggnog and a French 75 from Jay’s Catering. Everything was placed on this pretty dresser from Sweet Salvage and included signage by Proper Letter.
The wall behind was adorned with wreaths by both Third & Park and The Neurtal Knot. We did a mix of florals and macrame with a few touches of ribbon. All in all, it was real pretty!
Look at those gorgeous wreaths! The macrame would be a great staple in your home year round – you could add different florals or greens or ribbon depending on the season!
There’s the star of the party! Our very own pampas grass Christmas tree!! How cute is he?! Third & Park made all of our boho wishes come true!
A delicious dinner is in order for a table this pretty!! Chicken with risotto by Jay’s Catering, so much yummy!!! This meal couldn’t be more perfect for a winter party. I love me a good risotto! Better tell Abby to add a risotto recipe post ;)
We’ve got our dinner and we’ve got our drinks – now it’s time to party!!!
Every party needs a lounge – a place for everyone to gather and hang out! We styled ours right in front of the mantle, and it looks oh so cozy!! Sweet Salvage really has the prettiest stuff!! I can’t get enough of their constantly evolving inventory.
You know we had to have the cutest stockings on our mantle from Anthropologie! Love their beautiful white crochet options…
Of course we had macrame coasters for all those pretty drinks! I have these by The Neutral Knot at home and I’m in love with them… And they look extra yummy on that new side table Sweet Salvage Rentals just got along with the amazing florals by Third & Park.
But really, no party is complete without desserts!! At least in my humble opinion… Jay’s Catering brought it with coconut macarons, Kouign Amann (don’t ask me to pronounce it but I’ll definitely eat it) and the cutest milk & cookies display! An ode to Santa that I absolutely love!!
Holy yum you guys, it was all SO GOOD!!
Who wants to come hang out here with me?! I could be here all December, just keep brining me the drinks and desserts!!
Aren’t those bad boys adorable?!
Cheers to the best holiday shin dig!!!
And one more look at those gorgeous winter white florals by Third & Park, just because!!
