Looking for a festive and easy way to dress up your holiday cocktail? How about a sugared rosemary tree! Not only is this super easy to do, but its only requires sugar, water, and rosemary! All which I bet you have at home right now. And even better, its just 3 easy steps! I like to use these flocked trees as a garnish for a champagne or wine. Your friends and family will love this extra festive touch to their drinks. So carve out about 5 minutes of your time this holiday, and wow your guests.

Take about a cup of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar and place into a saucepan. Over medium heat, stir the sugar until it dissolves. Turn off the heat. Cut your rosemary into little trees. Aim to have it look like a tree with longer stems at the bottom. Place your rosemary trees into the sugar water. Place on a parchment paper to cool for about 30-60 min. This will create a sticky rosemary tree. Place them into a plate of sugar, and toss to coat. There you have it, cute little flocked trees for your cocktail!
