An Empress Gin Two-Toned Mango Cocktail

By August 26, 2022 No Comments

Seriously, give us all the multi-toned cocktails, please! Since starting my relationship with Empire Gin, I have tried out multiple fun cocktails. This two-toned cocktail was the very 1st one I tried. It was around late May and probably still is one of my favorites. Lately, this summer, we have been living our best purple + nude tones palette over here on the blog, and this tropical beauty is living her best life there! Think floral, mango, and a refreshing zesty sparkling fruit cocktail to sip on until those temps lower. So, let’s do this together, it’s Friday, and nothing sounds better than this tropical floral mango gin cocktail.

I like to make sure all my ingredients are ice-cold for this cocktail. I first will chill my gin by shaking it in a martini shaker with some ice. Once cold, take your glass and fill it with the cold gin. Then, carefully pour the sparkling grapefruit juice over the gin. This step is where you will start to see the color change, which is super fun to watch. Next, pour the mango juice in really carefully! The mango juice will sit on top of the gin, creating that two-toned look. As you can see, I did it the opposite way by adding the gin last, which also works. Lastly, add some edible flowers for a fun garnish!
