Asher's Winter Wonderland 1st Birthday Party • Beijos Events

I’ve waited a full year to share this Winter Wonderland 1st Birthday and today is finally the day!! Asher was turning one and his mom Erica hired us to help bring her vision to life, from afar! This party was held near Sacramento and we helped her with design and planning from So Cal to Nor Cal. Lucky us we found a ton of amazing vendors to make some magic for little Asher and his family and the outcome was oh so cute. It was winter perfection from the decor to the desserts and there was even snow!! Such a special day for their sweet family, just wait till you see the adorable photos from Dayna Studios below!

We enlisted our friend Poppy Jack Shop to take care of all the cute details and signage, of course she nailed it! The faux wood along with the cute wording is just perfect!

There were many an adorable photo op moment thanks to Lively Event Co! We used them for every cute backdrop, tree install, balloons, and even the hot cocoa cart – more on that later… But for now, how sweet is Asher’s smash cake moment? Complete with Poppy Jack Shop’s wording, the best balloon colors, and his high chair with a touch of winter greens.

And with the snow!!! Talk about magic!!!

You know we had to have a few kid’s tables for all the littles!! Lively Event Co also supplied these cute rentals and that fun tree backdrop. We used Oh Happy Day’s modern plates and cups along with Meri Meri’s tree napkins and bamboo flatware. Poppy Jack Shop added her little details like stir sticks and a place card for the birthday boy. To complete this oh so adorable table we brought in Fig & Vine to create winter floral arrangements and they were stunners!

The hot cocoa bar was the place to be!! Lively Event Co was serving delicious holiday flavors and we made it even cuter with Fig & Vine’s florals and Poppy Jack Shop’s signage. What a fun treat for guests!

While the kid’s seating was very cute, the adults needed their own lounging spot! We mixed rentals from Memorable Events and Stella Event Co to create this gorgeous lounge. I love that velvet fabric and those colors for this time of year.

You know we love a good charcuterie board and this party had a charcuterie table for guests to nosh on! Yum!! Pavi’s Creations are responsible for this delish masterpiece!

The perfect winter day for a party!!!

We didn’t forget about desserts!! How sweet is this set up?! I’m in love with that cake by Pavi’s Creations, it could not be cuter! And that cake topper from Poppy Jack Shop just makes it.
