Chris + Nicole - Los Angeles Wedding • Beijos Events

We did a gem of a wedding last year in the ultra cool arts district of downtown LA and we couldn’t wait to share it with you guys, also find it featured on Ruffled Blog today. When we started talking design with Chris and Nicole we were thrilled to hear they had picked Millwick as their venue, the new modern space owned by the Marvimon group. It took one walk through and it had us at “hello”. The space is killer with it’s built in custom bar, plant wall, and custom projection screen. It has an amazing industrial feel, yet it’s warm at the same time with all the plants and wall textures.

The Billigs just LOVE LA and that was the overall theme and personality behind their big and special day. Chris the groom, is in the film industry and they had an amazing video loop playing on the awesome backdrop at their reception that consisted of movie clips from all of our all time favorite movies. Nicole the bride, works in the food industry and has a food blog, resulting in this couples major foodie status. Room Forty did an exceptional job with four amazing courses for their guests. The couple wanted to bring out their love for the city, and it’s sophistication using muted classic colors paired with organic greens setting the tone for their modern gala. Needless to say it was an incredible night!!

The lush grounds of the Sunset Marquis Hotel Villas is where the couple chose to get ready for their affair. What an awesome pick right?? We loved the lush gardens of the property.

Brides dress was superior by the talented Monique Lhuillier, Grooms suit was custom and the bridesmaid dresses by the amazing BHLDN

For the bridesmaids bouquets Elizabeth add a huge yellow dahlia, which was so pretty.

Their son Aiden is the sweetest!! How exciting to watch mom and dad tie the knot.
