We did a gem of a wedding last year in the ultra cool arts district of downtown LA and we couldn’t wait to share it with you guys, also find it featured on Ruffled Blog today. When we started talking design with Chris and Nicole we were thrilled to hear they had picked Millwick as their venue, the new modern space owned by the Marvimon group. It took one walk through and it had us at “hello”. The space is killer with it’s built in custom bar, plant wall, and custom projection screen. It has an amazing industrial feel, yet it’s warm at the same time with all the plants and wall textures.
Let’s get started, with the paper goods, done by the brides super talented Maid of Honor.
The lush grounds of the Sunset Marquis Hotel Villas is where the couple chose to get ready for their affair. What an awesome pick right?? We loved the lush gardens of the property.
This floral bouquet by Elizabeth Bailey Designs was so awesome. We love the look of just greens…
Who else but Jimmy Choo….
For the bridesmaids bouquets Elizabeth add a huge yellow dahlia, which was so pretty.
On to the ceremony in front of the living plant wall
Their son Aiden is the sweetest!! How exciting to watch mom and dad tie the knot.

The escort display was the coolest!! The tables were Nicole and Chris’ favorite LA spots and we printed polaroids of these spots with their guests names on them.

And how amazing are these table names done by none other than NicRoc Designs?!
We could use one of these yummy cocktails right about now!!
