A few weeks ago we designed and planned a little tropical brunch for Rachel Pitzel and a few of her friends. It was full of pinks & greens, yummy food, and pretty details. The brunch was held at the Villas at Playa Vista, a gorgeous apartment community in Los Angeles. They call the area “Silicon Beach”, the tech hub of Southern California. Influencers were treated to a tour of the property and all of the fun you see below. Keep scrolling to see all the details!

For the table we wanted to have a fun combination of pinks and greens. I also wanted to incorporate fresh fruit with the florals. MV Florals created beautiful floral arrangements and runners of tropical greens and fruit. Cindy from Blot & Dot did the pretty calligraphy, I decided on fresh greens for the place cards and a fun pop of pink for the itinerary cards. Borrowed Blu is responsible for the gorgeous tabletop pieces, they had the perfect seafoam colored plates and pink glassware to complete the look.
Don’t you love how lush the florals are?! Everything just worked together so well, we were so happy with the outcome! Makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise!
You know we had to bring the yummy food!! We enlisted our friends at Colette’s Catering of course! They brought a gorgeous and delicious spread for our guests, full of colorful bites!! The ladies raved about the food the entire time!!
As a special treat Shelby, owner of Sorella Collective, came by to teach the ladies all about how to re-create their beautiful crudité boards. They only use fresh farmer’s market produce and you can really taste the difference. See all the pretty for yourself!
