Anyone else looking for fun projects to do with the kids these days? I think it’s essential during this time, to make things as normal as possible, plus maybe a little extra special for the kids! My kids are fully aware of these times being written out in history before our eyes. They have had a lot of questions, and those little buggers can feel the stress too! I mean, Mom and Dad are homeschooling them! Being stuck at home during a holiday where you don’t get to visit family and friends, sucks for all! Mini Donuts (store-bought is totally fine!)
Dried Edible Flowers
Honey

A little trick, I used a little bit of honey on top for a sweet touch; it also helps to keep the dried florals and chocolate eggs on top of the donut. Sprinkle some edible flowers on top for a fun and delicate touch! You can omit this section for the kids. Then place a couple of robin’s eggs on top of the donut. I let them sit a bit so they would stick to the donut. These little guys lasted maybe 6 minutes in my house.
