It’s Saturday! What are your plans this weekend?!? Maybe a little Halloween decorating? Perhaps a little couch session? We are laying low this weekend for sure! BUT! There is always a good cocktail in mind to enjoy, and this weekend it’s all about the passionfruit margarita! I have mentioned before about our passionfruit vine we have in our backyard. I have made a ton of cocktails with them, and they are my ultimate fav! And one of the cocktails that I enjoy is the passionfruit margarita. Usually, I will add one passionfruit to each cocktail, but I adjusted the recipe today for everyone since they don’t have a vine outside. Passionfruit is one of my favorite fruits, and I think you all will love this one!

PASSIONFRUIT MARGARITA
serves: 2 cocktails

- 75ml tequila
- 25ml Cointreau
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 50ml passionfruit syrup

Super simple here guys! We all know, I like simple cocktails! , fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Then, add all the ingredients. Shake! Shake! Shake! Salt your glass- here is one tip! I salted my glass by rimming it with passionfruit juice and salt. You can use the syrup or an actual passionfruit. I had passionfruit on hand, so that is what I used. It allows you to get more passionfruit vibes, and it’s super yummy! Lastly, garnish, and you are ready to enjoy! If you do have passionfruit on hand, take the goodness inside and pour into your cocktail.
