2024 was a great year for us and marked our 10th year in business! It’s hard to believe that 2024 has flown by let alone 10 years!! We started this business shortly after we had gotten married ourselves and started having kids. By planning our own weddings, baby showers, kid’s birthday parties, etc we fell in love with events. We shared our own parties and ideas with you all and started a little business that grows each and every year. Being creative and being a part of our clients lives is really a blessing. Probably the best part of our job is seeing the joy that these parties and moments bring our clients.
Here are mine and Leah’s favorite moments and events of 2024, it’s always hard to narrow them down but we make ourselves do it, haha! Cheers to many more memories and happiness made in 2025!!

J A C Q U E L Y N
Every year this post brings me so much joy! It reminds me of all of our amazing accomplishments through-out the year, the creativity, the teamwork, the gracious clients, and all of the amazing vendors we get to work with. It always makes my heart happy to have return clients come back and it also makes me proud when new clients reach out for us to help bring their vision to life. Each year gets better and better and I’m looking forward to another decade of creativity and beautiful events! Cheers!
Stella & Charlotte’s Dolly Parton Party
This party is one of my forever favorites!!! When our dear client Melkis asked us to plan her twin daughter’s birthday party and her theme was Dolly Parton I gasped. Dolly is one of my FAVORITES!! I even named my dog after her. I had so many ideas for this one my head was spinning! We did so many nods to my girl Dolly… From the colors, to the sayings we had on all of the details, to the activities the kids did, I was very involved with this one and had so much fun with it! The outcome was better than expected and I have seen others try to emulate it however none will ever be the first like ours!

Leighton’s Girly Pirate Birthday Party
Here’s another one that I was really proud of design wise. Leighton’s mom, who has trusted us year after year with her parties, gave us a difficult task. A generally boy theme but make it girly! We took the task and in my opinion really made it unique and fun! Using pink, blue, silver and neutral colors with dainty details made this one shine. Leighton had the best day and that’s what counts, but seeing it all come together really made my heart burst!

The Parker Girl’s Spring Fling
Aww the Parkers, another favorite family for us Beijos ladies. Their mom Christina is the absolute best and always goes all out for their big bash! This year the theme was Spring Fling and we had such fun colors and activities for the kids to enjoy. There really was SO much happening, those kids were pretty darn lucky!! I was unfortunately out of town for this set up and it rained the morning of… It was a tough one but ended up working out and being SO amazing. I was so grateful for a great partner like Leah who made it all happen despite the stress of the day. And boy was it awesome, which is why it’s one of my favorites!!

Ok… The colors!!! This one was so vibrant and all around stunning. I worked with some of my favorite vendors to bring this one to life. We shot it at the beautiful Agape venue in San Clemente. Shooting outdoors is always ideal, especially in a gorgeous setting like this. I was in awe of the stunning florals by Not Just in Novels and wanted to slurp up all of the yummy cocktails. Overall this one will be a forever favorite as the explosion of color is right up my ally!

Clearly, I love this one, how could you not?! Andie Mae’s Beach Babe party was full of color and fun!! Having a summer birthday is always ideal and celebrating all things beachy is too! Bright colors with fun crafts, a sand castle cake, and popsicle treats, does it get much better?! Without a doubt, having an eye catching backdrop by Goldie Crew Creative is the finishing touch! Obviously Andie couldn’t be cuter as well, this one really puts a smile on your face!

Speaking of summer… You can’t have summer without baseball! First, this one has a special place in my heart as my family is a baseball loving family. Secondly, I got to feature my son’s baseball team! Now that was pretty special. We shot this one right outside of his practice and his coaches were gracious enough to let me do it. The details were adorable and of course the desserts were on point! An all American way to party and we love it!

We’re the Kids in America 4th of July Party
The idea for this one came to me the year before and I was finally able to bring it to fruition this year. In addition to the song being my inspiration I was also inspired by Southern California summers as well. Checkered print, stars and stripes, and the beach all came to mind. We took my younger son and his buddies all to the beach to kick off summer and celebrate America in the best way! They had a ball with a bounce house, amazing desserts, and sunny skies! The best way to celebrate the 4th!

We’re back at the Parker’s house! Haha!! Not only did Christina enlist our help for her girls’ party but also for her hubby Josh’s 40th birthday! The theme was a ping pong tournament and we were game! We created the best atmosphere with an aperol spritz station, an amazing bar, and even a tattoo parlor! Not detail was left unturned and their friends had a competitive but fun time celebrating Josh. A clear winner for this year’s events in my book!

Fall happens to be my favorite season. I love the colors and the vibe of that time of year. It’s always fun to come up with fresh ideas for shoots to inspire our followers each season. In this case I was inspired by these checkered glass pumpkins I’d seen at Anthropologie and wavy lines that were all the rage. Although I still love both! Using those funky elements with those stunning Fall colors was a fresh take on a Fall dinner table and I love how unique it is. As per usual our vendor friends took my ideas and made them even better!

Pretty & Pink Halloween Spider Party
Last but not least is our Pink Spider party for Halloween. We shot this one in front of Marnie’s house, the owner of our go to rental company, Sweet Salvage Rentals. Obviously her house is a dream and it served as the perfect backdrop for this one. Using Bonjour Fete’s creepy yet pretty plates we set a pink Halloween dream table with the cutest details. The desserts were on point and our little models were the best!! I love how grand this one was and it perfectly rounds out my top picks for the year!

L E A H
I love looking back at the year of events, and 2024 was a good one!! It’s really hard to nail down 10 favorites because in reality I love them all. They each have a uniqueness to our client and us, and that’s the beauty of them. I love helping to create a vision that comes to life for an event that people will remember forever. It’s truly amazing that I get to help facilitate these special moments and memories. Don’t get me wrong it’s hard like another career, and the business / family life balance is always a challenge, but I wouldn’t give it up or change my path. I’m very grateful for the opportunities and love that I get to live out my passion in my daily life.
Hannah’s Tea Party Bridal Shower
To kick it off I chose this beautiful bridal shower for all the delicate girly feels to it. It’s not just a normal run of the mill tea party, the details on the table were so gorgeous. The linens, the carefully chosen tabletop pieces and of course the florals were all “wow factors” as we were setting up and as guests arrived displaying their first impressions.

Pastel Party for Valentine’s Day
If you know me, I love all the holidays and reasons to decorate and party. Valentine’s day is one of my favorites, and I love this shoot so much for a couple reasons. One being that it’s different from the traditional red and pink and the other is of course the super cute heart and bow details. I love taking one aspect that is included in the holiday like a conversation heart and making that that main inspiration for the party.

Noa’s Retro Roller Skating Party
I grew up going to the roller skating rink and I just love this theme and party to much!! We got to transform an older vintage 80’s vibes rink into a fun modern pastel party for the luckiest girl. We’ve been lucky enough to help plan her parties for years now, and every year they are more fabulous than the last!!

It’s hard to throw parties for emerging teens. Their tastes are starting to change and it all has to just right for them and their besties. You can’t really go wrong with the beach, beautiful pastels and funky details. Another one of our favourite clients who lets us run with fun ideas and details to make it spectacular!!

This shoot was so fun and gorgeous!! My favorite part about it was the monochromaticness, lol is that even a word? Well I made it one to describe the unique theme and details of this one.

We have done a handful of carnival parties but this one was so sweet! It had those traditional vibes with some softer more delicate girly feels. From the unique backdrops and desserts, this one was one to remember!!

This shower was so beautiful and elegant for another favorite client and her beautiful family. It was traditional with the blue, but beautifully elevated with the rentals, tabletop, florals and the backdrop.

Visit Newport Beach Yacht Party
This one was amazing because it was one of the first times we did a party on a boat Beijos style!! The details were beautiful and the party was so fun!! The party tone was set by the amazing DJ and bartender. The music was nonstop good and the drinks were gorgeous. It left all the guests and myself included pinching ourselves of what we were currently experiencing at the moment!!

I’m a sucker for this specific time of year, the colors and light this shoot highlights. I’m also biased because of the cutest little models, but even if they weren’t in it, I would absolutely love the details of this shoot. The tabletop is so fun and adorable, I love the combination of of the soft peach and black. And the location to get these images with the light is perfection!!

One of my favorite shows while growing up and I love to see the theme transform into a cute event! The hot pink and pastel pink mixed with the orange and black is everything, so eye catching. I’m also in love with the 60’s era and the mod vibes so this shoot is bananas!! The tabletop, the desserts the models, stop it now!!

Here’s to many more beautiful events in 2025!!
xx
